All of our SBS flat roofers are Soprema Paq S Advanced Certified (or if new they are scheduled for certification) and regularly take classes to upgrade their flat roofing skills. One look at one of our torch on roofs shows the craftsmanship we expect from our roofers.

Single Ply Flat Roofing Options

EPDM Flat Roofing (Black Rubber Roll-On Roof)
EPDM flat roofs have been around for over forty years and have proven themselves to be very good in terms of maintenance and the failure rate is very low. They are an all-around great roofing system. Firestone is an industry suppliers as are others such as Genflex. When our flat roofers install a single ply roof, they are installed as fully adhered, mechanically fastened, or ballasted.

PVC Flat Roofing
A PVC flat roof system is Energy Star rated - it is a cool roof (white). PVC is still being installed regularly by our flat roofers but is slowly being replaced by TPO in some markets.

TPO Flat Roofing
TPO roofing is the PVC replacement so to speak. It is a cool roof, white in color, reflective, and holds an Energy Star Rating. Our flat roofers install this roofing system and EPDM rubber roofing mostly when installing a single ply system.

Spray Roofing (Asphalt, Metal Roof Coatings, and SPF)
Our flat roofers spray on systems when called for, typically spraying an elastomeric coating of some sort on metal roofing that has deteriorated or they spray on asphalt or a spray on foam over top of an existing flat roof system such as an old tar and gravel flat roof.
