We offer evidence-based tools to help you heal and recover finding emotional well-being and resiliency. This is a home for body-based, compassionate, immersive counselling therapy. With a therapeutic framework based on somatics, EMDR and parts work, we move towards a felt sense of safety, of agency, and of meaning.
