Our Port Coquitlam storage facility has a large variety of interior and exterior storage lockers ranging from 5'x5' to 11'x 30' in size. Heated storage units feature "in slab" radiant hot water heat for efficient and consistent heat distribution. Our storage facility also features a two storey building with dual elevators, covered loading bays, providing a dry and comfortable environment while you store your furnishings.

In addition to password coded gate access, all storage units are individually alarmed and monitored. Drive aisles and interior hallways are monitored with video cameras, while the perimeter fence has infrared beam security, enclosing the outside RV, boat or car storage in a secure and monitored compound. Our manager resides on site, providing additional security and a peace of mind.
