About MERKOTEKS DENIM FACTORY
Merkoteks Tekstil was established in 1998 in İstanbul and after this year it has been producing high quality jeanswear and wovenwear garment to well known brands mostly in Italy and all over the Europe.
Our washing house called Yılmaz Yıkama was established in 1968 as a laundry and dyeing house in same building with Merkoteks Tekstil.Today we are one of the most experienced and oldest companies in washing sector. At present we are washing and making fashion effects on all kinds of denim and woven garments.
At the beginning of 2010 we build our jersey department in our head factory in Istanbul with a professional team to produce jersey wear for women, men and kids. Now we produce all kind of tops and bottoms from tubular knitted fabric.
In our jersey sampling department we use Gerber V8 CAD/CAM system with 2 monitors. We are able to make counter samples and salesman samples with experienced sampling team on time.. Production cutting section based in same building with fully automated spreading machines.
Now our production capacity in jersey around 50.000-70.000 pcs..
The corporate strategy of Merkoteks Tekstil depends on “continuous customer satisfaction “. Experienced merchandisers takes all responsibility for each order and carefully check the production process from sampling to shipping. This process is being supported by design and planning team also.
As a part of our corporate policy, all required conditions for employee safety are carefully provided in every production units. Through the whole production process, input materials are carefully selected in order to provide the standards of consumer health and protect the environment.
