Chiropractic care, osteopathy, and physiotherapy target physical ailments, such as chronic pain from sports injuries, lower back pain, sciatic nerve pain, neck pain, frozen shoulder , tendinitis etc. Similarly, registered massage therapists relieve muscle aches and tension. But they also adeptly quell stress, combating issues such as sleep disorder, depression - so clients no longer need to worry about befriending the sheep they've been counting to fall asleep. Eastern practices such as cupping, acupuncture, herbal medicine and reflexology are also readily available to promote both physical and mental balance.
