Procurement Funding Strategy 2009 (PFS 2009) is a Virtual Funding Resource which provides Equity and/or Asset based funding solutions for Projects in North America and pre-selected Global markets.

Synopsis of PFS 2009.

U.R.N Direct will prepare the Request for Involvement Tender (RFIT) and broadcast to its targeted, pre-qualified Funding Partners for their Proposals for Involvement.
U.R.N Direct Funding Partners will respond with Conditional Commitments to Fund specific Projects. Final negotiations will be completed between the responding Funding Partners and principals of the Project. (Borrowers)

Please provide Executive Summary of your Project and “Wish List” and forward with the completed Procurement Funding Strategy Fee Agreement and Mutual Confidentiality Agreement to the Prequalification Centre.
Time frame for completion of Procurement Funding Strategy is ninety (90) days.

Minimum Funding Request considered - US$250,000.00.

Synopsis of Procurement Funding Strategy 2009. (Example)
Funding Request is US$ 5,000,000.00
Completion Bonus is 10% of total funding, added to the Funding Request and payable at closing. US$500,000.00

Implementation Budget is 1% of the total Funding Request (US$50,000.00) for Projects in North America; which is due and payable at the execution of PFS 2009 documentation. (Financing
available OAC.)

Minimum Implementation Budget is US$2,500.00
Banking Coordinates and Remittance Instructions will be provided upon receipt of the executed Funding Request Response Documentation.

U.R.N. Direct - Implementation Budget Financing Strategy (IBFS).

U.R.N. Direct - The Cash Flow Solution, subject to the discretion of the Prequalification Division will finance the Implementation Budget for submitted Funding Requests as outlined in the example of the IBFS Transaction below.
Based on a Funding Request of US$3 million, the required Implementation Budget (1%) is US$30,000.00.
However, U.R.N. Direct will accept a Corporate Undertaking, UCC or PPSA from the Borrower for a period of ninety (90) days.
The Implementation Budget of US$30,000.00 will be underwritten through our Preferred Equity Participation (P.E.P.) Funding Partners at a cost of 15%.
This Preferred Credit Facility can be repaid from proceeds of the Funding Request at closing, Earned income or renewed for a further ninety days.
The Placement Deposit will be US$3,000.00 or 10% of the Implementation Budget.
