In 2005, I became the real estate agent I wished I had when I made my first purchase. Putting my clients' interests first has earned their trust and loyalty and I have grown my business tremendously over the years through repeat clients and referrals and maintain a reputation of being one of the top Realtors in Downtown Toronto. My only regret is that I didn't make my move into this field years earlier!

I am proud to announce that I have been ranked among the top 100 Realtors in Downtown Toronto since 2007 for total sales activity within MLS Districts C01 (Downtown West) and C08 (Downtown East) combined. I have also been a consistent award-winning agent since 2007 with 3 Royal LePage Red Diamond Awards & 6 Royal LePage Diamond Awards (top 2% and 3% of Royal LePage Realtors in Canada, respectively). - Pre-construction purchasing and assignments including floor plan analysis, finishes and upgrade selection, pre-delivery inspection and contract review

- Leasing & Property Management of rental condominiums, with experience as a landlord for my own properties
