“Our journey to an improved web presence to create more qualified leads started just over a year ago. It started with some online research to better understand what we needed. Since we had designed our first website we thought with the new knowledge gained from the research we would be able to design the new improved site. Creating the content to go on the site was the easy part since that was just explaining what we do. But when we tried to create the overall all look and feel of the site we quickly realized that we needed professional help. After talking to a number of potential suppliers we decided to move forward with Arti and the Measure Marketing team. They started the process by helping us to develop an overall marketing strategy. Since the website was going to be a marketing tool they needed to know what our marketing strategy was before they could begin designing a website. They had provided lots of references before we started the process but they pointed out that our site had to suit our business. Once the strategy was finalized they were able to start on putting the design together. They provided a couple of versions for us to review and explained the reasoning behind their design choices. There were a couple of areas where we couldn’t explain exactly what we wanted just that we wanted something different. They patiently asked a number of probing questions to better understand what we wanted and provided options for us to choose from. The final design exceeded our expectations and was launched early in the fall. However the real test was what our customers thought of it. The feedback has been terrific from our customers. Comments like professional, modern and intuitive were used. One friendly competitor that just launched a new site commented that he liked ours better than his. He should have used Measure Marketing. It is still early but the leads that we are receiving from the new site are much closer to the type of leads we want compared to what we were getting from our old site and our Google rankings are improving.
