For the first twenty years of his career, Richard served in several progressive Financial Management capacities at major industrial corporations in the chemical and construction industries, as Financial Officer, Chief Accountant and Real Estate Investment Analysts at a major Pension Fund, as Chief Financial Officer of a Canadian Bank, as well as Equity Research Associate and Investment Analyst with Canada’s leading Investment Dealer- Brokerage Houses.

Richard was awarded the Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Medal in 2012 for his contributions to Canadian communities.
