Jennifer Slay: A Catalyst for Transformation, Empowerment, and Inclusive Excellence

Jennifer Slay is a multi-faceted professional with over 23 years of experience as a registered Social Worker, inspirational speaker, certified life coach, psychotherapist, and Anti-Racism educator based in London, Ontario. She is the co-founder of Manifesting Excellence Coaching and Counseling Group and the Director of Equity, Diversity, Inclusion & Decolonization at King's University College.

Academic and Professional Credentials
Jen holds an Honors Bachelor degree in Anthropology and Social Work, a Master’s degree in Social Work, and several certifications in behavioral assessment and therapy. She is a certified trainer in Extended DISC and trained in EMDR therapy.

Career Milestones
Jen has spent over two decades speaking, coaching, and counseling, focusing on empowering individuals and organizations to become the best versions of themselves. She has contributed to provincial projects aimed at child safety and has been recognized with the Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee medal for her community work.
