As I reflect on the past three decades, I'm filled with immense gratitude and a profound sense of accomplishment. It has been an extraordinary journey—a journey marked by passion, dedication, and the relentless pursuit of excellence in the biomedical research industry. Today, with a heart of gratitude and excitement, I announce my retirement from BetterBuilt, effective Friday, May 3rd, 2024. While bidding farewell to this chapter of my life is bittersweet, I am filled with pride for all that we've achieved together at BetterBuilt and confidence in the bright future that lies ahead. During my tenure at BetterBuilt, we've transformed into a beacon of innovation and excellence within our industry. From revolutionizing rack and tunnel washers to introducing groundbreaking innovations like ActivIAS, ActivADS, Sure-Flo, Sure-Vac, and Automated Dry Heat Sterilizers, our commitment to pushing the boundaries of possibility has never wavered. As I pass the torch onto the capable hands of Allentown's leadership team, led by Charles Simmons, and my esteemed colleagues at BetterBuilt and Allentown, I do so with the utmost assurance that our legacy of innovation, quality, and customer-centric values will only continue to flourish. The future is bright, and I have every confidence that BetterBuilt will not only uphold but surpass our shared vision. To each and every one of you, I extend my deepest gratitude for your unwavering trust and support. It is your collaboration, dedication, and passion that have propelled BetterBuilt to where it stands today. I am profoundly grateful for the opportunity to have worked alongside such talented individuals who have left an indelible mark on biomedical research. As I embark on this new chapter of my life, I do so with a sense of fulfillment and anticipation. While I may no longer be at the forefront, I will always cherish the memories we've created together. I eagerly await the continued success of Allentown and the BetterBuilt brand, knowing that the best is yet to come. On my retirement announcement day at BetterBuilt, I was blessed to be able to address the BetterBuilt team and thanked them for their dedication and support.
