About

I am a lawyer defending all criminal and quasi-criminal offences. I frequently work on cases involving charges of: fraud, impaired driving, domestic assault, sex crimes, and narcotics offences.

I have appeared at all levels of court in Ontario, including the Court of Appeal. I frequently represent clients in trials before the Ontario Court of Justice and the Superior Court of Justice. I enjoy advocacy before both Judges and Juries.

I have worked on cases as serious as murder, firearms offences, and human trafficking. I am non-judgmental of my clients and I am unwavering and unapologetic in the defence of individuals charged with serious offences.

I pride myself on my forceful and relentless defence of innocent clients accused of serious crimes.

My litigation philosophy is best summed up by Alan Dershowitz in his book, The Best Defense: “I have only one agenda: I want to win. I will try, by every fair and legal means, to get my client off--without regard to the consequences."

I am now an alumni of the fraternity, however like all brothers I am a lifetime member of the organization.

Organized philanthropic events with the London Food Bank, London Boys and Girls Club, and Special Olympics London.
