OceanaGold Corporation were looking to deploy two Microsoft Teams Rooms, one for their primary boardroom and another for a mobile meeting room solution at their downtown Vancouver office — powered by Logitech Business. They also highlighted speech privacy and noise pollution, throughout their dynamic workspaces, as a needed upgrade. The Limitless AV team got to work, tailoring solutions to meet OceanaGold's needs. In the main boardroom, we installed a Logitech Rally Bar system alongside additional Rally Mic Pods, Swytch, and dual 75" LG Electronics displays. This deployment ensured seamless communication and collaboration for their executive meetings. For their mobile meeting room solution, we deployed a Kanto Living MPC77 AV cart housing a Logitech Rally Bar system, coupled with a 55" LG display. This mobile setup provided OceanaGold with flexibility and efficiency, enabling productive meetings on the go. Addressing their concerns head-on, we implemented Biamp sound masking solutions across huddle spaces, private offices, and open office areas. This ensured that speech privacy was maintained, and external noise distractions were minimized, fostering a more focused and productive work environment. The result? Streamlined video conferencing experiences for all participants, offering stress-free and user-friendly solutions.
