Ben, owner operator at Belleli Doors, was the first to respond to our HomeStars inquiry. He scheduled a site discovery immediately and showed up on time. He measured the glass pane and provided us with a couple of options (taints & temperedness). Their competitive quote arrived as promised and without price gouging. We accepted the quote and Ben immediately supplied us with 2 glass tint samples to choose from. Fabrication was estimated for 3 weeks later and was accurate. Ben arrived after 3 weeks with his technician and both were extremely courteous and productive. We where impressed by how the window fitted perfectly and concurred with his pricing for such hard labour in installing the extremely heavy glass without a glitch. Included in the price was trashing out the old glass and Ben was kind to trash it off-site since our bins where not equipped for heavy glass-trashing. In summary, we highly recommend Belleli Doors for commercial projects. They are efficient in quoting, competitively priced, clean, honest and deliver as promised with personalized value add. We will consider Belleli Doors for all future projects and will value them over other quotes.

Ben responds to calls, texts very quickly, came to give us a quote the very next day, and when we ordered our doors, he put a special request to rush our order bc of our break and enter situation in the middle of the cold winter months, which was such a relief and most appreciated. The garden doors with internal mini blinds were exactly what we expected and much more! He came back to add a wider weather stripping to retro fit our existing screen door which was great.
