Our Groomer
Laura has been working in the pet industry and the veterinary field for the last 20 years. She’s originally from Colombia and what she enjoys the most about grooming is that she gets to put in practice her knowledge in animal health, specially the nursery care, along with her creative side.
What We Do
Dog Grooming using natural products in a stress free environment.
Our knowledgeable staff share one priority: the very best treatment for the animals we work with.
Puppies are one of our specialties. In this formative stage of your dog’s life, it is very important to find the right groomer, as the first grooming session can leave a lasting impression on your pet. Therefore, we always make sure they have a great first time!
Health and Safety Guidelines
According to the updated guidelines for pet services in Ontario; Pets & Paws will put in place the following directions and recommendations to ensure the well being of dogs and humans:
Prevention
Keep social distancing at all times (6 feet apart).
To avoid COVID-19 transmission, face masks and gloves will be worn.
Cleaning
Disinfection of tools and equipment (leashes/leads, grooming tools, tables, floor, crates, etc.) before and after every groom.
Booking
By email, social media (Facebook/Instagram) and phone. No walk-ins.
The details about the grooming preferences should be provided when booking appointments only.
Check in
Call us when you arrive.

Check out
We’ll contact you 20 minutes before your dog is ready to go home.
Please call us once you arrive.
Grooming
One dog at a time, except when there are two dogs from the same household in the salon.
Owners are not permitted to hold dogs to complete grooming services.
