Last week my cat Frida got into the ventilation duct, and reached a point where it was not possible for her to get out by herself.

We couldn’t have been more lucky then to come across Atmoserra today. Our cat climbed behind our HVAC system, into vents and got stuck. She was there for 24 hours and we had no idea what to do. We called a ton of places including SPCA, Firefighter, and tons of HVAC companies but none could help. When we called Moe he came over right away, thought through all the scenarios and came up with the cheapest most effective way to get her out. We were worried we would have to go through walls and it would cost us thousands of dollars to get her out.

Moe not only was able to get her out but he saved us thousands of dollars by suggesting the best path forward. A day before Xmas, can’t thank him enough. I called up Atmoserra for my heating needs and I was extremely pleased by how the conversation went, Moe is extremely knowledgable, friendly and knew exactly what I wanted. Got an amazing quote compared to one other place I called. So we signed and they got to work right away. Moe and his team kept me updated constantly and they did an amazing job with the install.
