Everything is done thoroughly and properly and on time. Rachid has excellent ideas and suggestions for improvements and alternatives but the final decision rests with me and/or the home-owner. A warning, however--these guys are so good they get booked up fast. Be aware that good people are busy, but they are definitely worth the wait to get into their schedule.
