What To Expect Out Of From Our General Contracting and Restoration Company

Our IPC Fort Mac general contractors kindly ask that you allow a minimum of 30 - 45 days lead time for larger projects. Smaller projects can usually be estimated and completed within 72 hrs with exception of late spring & summer months.

If you do agree to our commitments and expectations here’s how our contractors start...

• Fill out an ESTIMATE request so we have all your info
• Our restoration company will confirm your request via email usually right away and scope your project for estimation on your requested date
• Once your estimate is complete, it will be sent by PDF to your email address
• You will then receive login access to our Client Area
• From there, you select your products, colors & styles, sign the documents, and pay a deposit
• We order! …As soon as your materials arrive, we renovate: Quick, simple & efficient!
