Titan Alarm has been steadfast in its mission to save lives
since its inception. At all levels and in all departments of the
organization, every representative is dedicated to realizing this
objective in every aspect of the company’s operations. This includes
delivering state-of-the-art quality equipment and monitoring services to
our customers as well as continuing to discover technological advances
which will yield even better services for our customers to improve their
security protection for their homes and families. We seek to provide
service from the moment a customer meets with a sales representative and
throughout the term of the agreement by extending premium customer
service. To achieve this vision, the company employs a superior group of
customer loyalty personnel, technicians, compliance experts, and legal
counsel to properly support our loyal customers.
While we are committed to achieving this vision for the company,
there is nothing more rewarding and there is no greater sense of
confirmation that we are performing our work consistent with our mission
then when we receive positive feedback from the very people whose lives
and homes we are entrusted with the protection of. When we discover
that our two way system allowed one of our customers to successfully
communicate with the monitoring center to get the necessary emergency
service provider to the customer’s home, we derive an incredible sense
of satisfaction. On the date of May 4, 2012, the company was the
recipient of an email from a customer who thanked the company for saving
the lives of herself and her family. This customer credited the company
with saving the lives of her family after her home had experienced a
carbon monoxide leak. As a picture is most definitely worth a thousand
words, her email is inserted below with the redaction of the woman’s
identity to protect her privacy:
“Our family would like to thank Titan Alarm for their quick response
to our carbon monoxide alarm that went off May 2, 2012. Because of the
new carbon monoxide sensor that Titan just installed, our family was
left unharmed when our boiler had a CO leak. We can’t thank you enough
for saving our lives. We are so thankful the salesman, Scott Hegge, came
to our door and convinced us to put in the Titan Alarm system. Thank
you from the bottom of our hearts!”
An email like this one is more precious to Titan Alarm than any sales
statistics as it provides definitive proof that we are offering a
product and service of great value and which exemplifies our very
mission which is to save lives. As a company, we always hope that our
customers will never encounter situations that will require the urgent
need for their security systems such as burglary, fire, intrusion,
carbon monoxide leaks, medical crises, etc. However, as with any service
which offers preventive assistance, we are so very grateful that in the
unfortunate event such emergency situations arise, our security
services can be utilized to save lives and mitigate potentially
disastrous situations. Titan Alarm is proud to remain committed to its
