NEW Fitness is a personal training business serving men and women specializing in weight loss. Included are 30 day fitness programs, individualized 1 on 1 personal training in home and online ,nutrition plans and ongoing motivation and support.

New Fitness has helped hundreds of people reach their fat loss goals through personal training, fitness programs and bootcamps. We guide our clients step by step throughout their whole fitness program whether it is a simple 30 day fitness plan or a plan that is more in depth such as one one personal training or individualized online personal training. We also offer nutrition plans as well to complement their training plan. We are very passionate about your health and fitness and we work with you to inspire, encourage and provide you with all the tools and coaching to ensure your success. With our one on one personal training programs we will dig deep in finding out your goals, weaknesses, obstacles through fitness and personal assessments. This is all done before we design your program. This way your program is individualized and tailored to you. And for people who just want to try us out we have general fitness programs as well. Hopefully our enthusiasm and motivation to ensure you reach your fitness goals rubs off on you and you learn to love fitness as much as we do!
