About A Basic Service

Many of today's families in the Greater Toronto Area find traditional funeral or memorial services to be out-of-sync with their ideals. As a result, more people are left wondering what to do. That's where we come in. A Basic Service is for families who wish to arrange a simple burial or basic cremation with no formal service.
We are in a unique situation since we are owned and operated as a Division of the Humphrey Funeral Home A.W. Miles – Newbigging Chapel Limited since 1992. You may wish to refer to our parent company's website, www.humphreymilesnewbigging.com, for additional services or information that you may consider adding to your wishes.
We will help you in planning the arrangements, whether it be for immediate needs or pre-planning needs. Our experienced staff can also assist those in need of bereavement support.
