My name is Shavi Morsara. I am a Canadian financial executive and Chartered Professional Accountant with over 23 years of experience in finance, including progressive senior leadership roles culminating in Chief Financial Officer Positions across both private and public sectors.

I have worked with high-growth companies, multi-entity organizations, and government-funded institutions, including publicly traded companies and organizations with international operations. My career has been defined by helping organizations scale responsibly, secure funding, strengthen governance, and align financial strategy with long-term objectives.

Through my company, Bridge Financial Consulting, I take on selective interim and fractional CFO engagements, supporting organizations that require experienced executive leadership during periods of transition, growth, or change. These engagements are intentionally limited in scope as I focus on identifying the right long-term CFO or senior finance leadership role.
