About Conscious Counselling Services LTD

Established January 2024

Psychology and counselling/therapy services for children, youth, and adults. At Conscious we aim to create a safe space where awareness, growth, and healing are possible. We believe a holistic approach to wellness considers the physical, emotional, mental, relational, cultural, and spiritual components of our lives, and we are committed to walking with you on the path to lasting change. We are a counselling practice founded by minority practitioners with multicultural backgrounds, and value services that are culturally conscious, inclusive, and informed.
