I am a Registered Social Worker (MSW;RSW) and practice counseling and psychotherapy in North Brampton and Orangeville area, specializing in Traumatic Stress.
My therapy is focused in EMDR (Eye movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and I have over 18 years of experience in various fields of Mental health and I have been working in the health care setting for the past 12 years. A few areas, among many, include Crisis intervention, Child & Adolescent Mental Health, and Adult Psychiatry.
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a powerful therapy that is highly effective in helping people overcome nagging problematic personal issues, and proven to improve on personal performance and self-esteem.
