Filomena Salon & Spa was created in 2009 in the heart of the Tri Cities, Coquitlam British Columbia. Voted one of the top salons in the area lead by Shawna Russell (IG @hairbyshawna_russell - 66K Following) With a team personally created by Shanwa, guided by her passion and mastery of the hair. Our goal is to create hair that makes you feel your best. Our team of artists are fun and professional and waiting for you!
