I'm George, and I'd like to directly welcome you to George Fit Body. Here you will find a plethora of data on the various methods of losing weight. To that end, we will discuss the psychological, physiological, and nutritional aspects of weight reduction. That's the benefit of training with George at Healthy Body! My number one goal is to facilitate your weight loss and overall health improvement. This is why I'm here; I want to make sure you have everything you need to lose weight and keep it off. Simply put, I favour methods that get the task done. The dictum "the meaning of perfection is when there is nothing else to take away" by Antoine de Saint-Exupery forms the basis of my philosophy. Following the rules set by nature is mandatory. People tend to make the process of losing and maintaining weight more difficult than it needs to be, according to my experience as an instructor of more than 30 years.
