Gaia Counselling and psychotherapy provides a multidisciplinary and holistic approach to mental health and well-being to individuals, children, youth and families by a Registered Clinical Counsellor and Canadian Certified Counsellor in Vancouver, British Columbia.
In Gaia Counselling we see therapy as a journey to self-discovery and healing where understanding and acknowledging oneself is the key for that change to occur. Change has to come from within so that it lasts.
