Barbara crafts every session around handmade whole-plant oils chosen from an in-studio oil bar, weaving herbal body massage, hot stone massage, Swedish massage and postpartum bodywork into slow, deeply restorative experiences. She holds a special place for mothers in the postpartum season, offering nurturing bodywork and herbal care to help them rest and recover. Handcrafted herbal body oils, salves, and birth kits are also available. A warm, grounding space for rest and reconnection.
