JD Tax & Accounting Inc. is a Langley, BC accounting and tax firm that has served small business owners, incorporated professionals and families since 2002. Our office is on Fraser Highway in Langley, and we work with clients across Langley, Surrey, Maple Ridge, Aldergrove, Cloverdale and the rest of the Fraser Valley, in person or remotely.

Corporate tax and year-ends

For incorporated businesses we prepare year-end financial statements and T2 corporate tax returns. Greg prepares every corporate year-end himself. We also help you plan: salary versus dividends, holding companies, section 85 rollovers, and whether incorporating makes sense for you in the first place.

Personal tax

We prepare personal (T1) tax returns for employees, self-employed people, landlords and investors, and for retirees with pension and investment income. If you have fallen behind on filing, we help you catch up with the CRA one year at a time, without the stress.

Estates and trusts

When a family member passes away, we prepare the final return and estate and trust (T3) returns, and guide executors through what the CRA needs and when.

Bookkeeping

We can take over your bookkeeping monthly or quarterly, or clean up a year that got away from you, so your year-end is ready on time. We work in QuickBooks, Sage and Wave, and can still work with desktop files or spreadsheets.

CRA support

With your authorization we speak to the CRA for you: letters, reviews, reassessments and payment arrangements.

How we work

- Your fee is agreed in writing before any work begins.

- We reply within one business day, or two during tax season.

- Walk-ins are welcome at the Langley office during office hours, and documents can also be uploaded through our secure client portal.
