From our early days as Just Jars to the present day, our company has revolutionized the local cake market with its superior pastries and the internationally renowned Surrey wedding cake. This year's "Big Bake Champions" competition was hosted by Food Network Canada and took place in Surrey, British Columbia. Thanks to Surrey's success, JCB with its cardamom swirls and the skills of our Red Seal-certified pastry chefs were showcased to a wider audience.
