KHENG LY AND SEVERAL BRIVIA GROUP PARTNERS DONATE $30,000 TO THE CANADIAN RED CROSS

By Kheng Ly

06/19/2019 Montréal, May 22, 2019 – Mr. Kheng Ly, Founder, President and Chief Executive Officer of Brivia Group, a fast-growing Montreal-based real estate investment and development company, and several partners in Brivia Group’s current projects have joined forces to donate $30,000 to the Canadian Red Cross to support communities affected by the spring floods that have hit certain regions of Québec over the past few weeks.
“My partners and I wish to show our support for Québec citizens directly impacted by the spring floods. We are proud to be supporting the efforts of the Canadian Red Cross and to be able to help people who are in a vulnerable situation,” said Mr. Ly.
This donation will help individuals, families and communities affected by the floods by providing immediate relief such as food, lodging assistance, clothing, moral support and financial help. Eligible families registered with the Canadian Red Cross will receive $600 in financial assistance.
Among the Brivia Group partners who responded to Mr. Ly’s invitation are TG Beco Group, Tianqing Investment Group, Aliments Kim Phat, Tianco Group, and Bolduc et Bolduc. These companies are partners in the YUL Condominiums, QuinzeCent, 1 Phillips Square, Stanbrooke, Pierrefonds (Rive Boisé) and Condos LB9 (Québec) projects.
In the spring of 2018, YUL Condominiums, of which Mr. Ly is also the President and Chief Executive Officer, and 11 organizations from Québec’s Chinese community teamed up for the same cause by launching a fundraising campaign that resulted in a $100,000 donation to the Canadian Red Cross.
