06/19/2019 The architect Anik Shooner, Brivia Group’s partner in property development, notably in major real estate projects including multi-residential condominiums, received the prestigious Prix Hommage at the 12th annual Grands Prix du design. It is with pleasure and pride that Mr. Kheng Ly, President & CEO of the Brivia Group, saluted the talent of the co-founder and partner in the firm of Menkès Shooner Dagenais LeTourneux Architectes.
“Anik’s contribution to the development of architecture in Quebec is enormous,” Mr. Ly said. Her achievements, such as the Cité du multimedia, phase 8, the Canadian Space Agency, the Maison du développement durable (LEED Canada NC Platinum), the Pavillons Lassonde at École Polytechnique (LEED NC Gold) and the Pavillon Joseph-Armand-Bombardier at Université de Montréal, testify to her commitment to sustainable development and to the search for excellence.
Anik Shooner participated in the design of various real estate projects for the Brivia Group, including the Phase 1 & 2 of YUL project and QUINZECENT, multi- residential buildings in the heart of downtown Montreal. The YUL Condominiums project is characterized by its two 38-storey shifted-block towers that are currently reshaping Montreal’s downtown profile, while the QUINZECENT, whose spectacular glass tower will rise above the intersection of René-Lévesque Blvd. and Guy St., will transform one of the most dynamic downtown area. These projects are a good reflection of Anik’s audacity and that of her colleagues, as well as her great command of the architectural finesse and her profound sense of innovation.
Brivia Group is proud to cooperate with Anik Shooner and the entire team at Menkès Shooner Dagenais LeTourneux Architectes, whose accomplishments are regularly praised by the business community as well as by her own peers.
