About King of Floors

Established June 1984

King of Floors is a local flooring store in Surrey, BC. As a family-owned company, we have been in business since 1984, and we pride ourselves on our customer service and knowledge of products and the flooring industry. We are proud to say we are A+ rated with the BBB. We do things differently from almost all other flooring stores in the Lower Mainland. WE BUY DIRECT. This means there are no middlemen, allowing us to pass the savings on to you. Our showroom/warehouse is a massive 85,000 square foot facility, and we have 10 million square feet of flooring in stock. We offer over 120 laminate floors sourced from Switzerland, Germany, and Canada, over 150 engineered floors, and 34 vinyl floors from around the world.
