LT Fit provides individual group fitness training for mothers 30 and over. Every client receives a personalized fitness program in our group training class. At LT Fit we also meet with each client one on one each month to go over nutrition and lifestyle changes. Clients receive a fitness assessment at the start to ensure your fitness program is customized for you. We will continue to assess you to ensure that the right adjustments are made in your personalized fitness program. If you are looking for accountability and a program that is designed to fit your fitness needs would love to help. Our goal is to empower mothers 30 over to acheive sustainable fitness results and realize a lifestyle they can love.
