Lashes by Design is owned and operated by Sandra Hobbs, Certified Xtreme Lash Technician. She just completed Advanced Training with Xtreme Lashes and is looking forward to passing her tests to be certified.
Sandra discovered eyelash extensions two years ago and fell in love instantly ! She first started off by wearing them her self {yep,she still does!} and noticed how hard it was to find a great lash stylist. She takes joy in helping women feel good about themselves, so she decided to get certified herself. She quickly excelled at this creative form of art.
