The focus of the Mercadex team is to accelerate the client firm’s sales cycle and improve profitability in international markets. During the last decade, we have led four R&D projects that have culminated in the development of three internationalization tools that play an integral role in the Mercadex Internationalization Method (MIM). The results from Mercadex’s R&D projects have been published in various management journals and many international business books and articles refer to this research.
