We’re Pineapple Repairs and we’re here to help you with your problematic tech devices. This company, which started only 2 years ago, has grown and evolved considerably. We’ve faced our share of challenges too, most prominent of these, was the recurring complaint: “The screen doesn’t work!” As a group of full-time students, and now part-time technicians, replacing faulty touch panels was our most dreaded responsibility (yes it surpassed homework AND final exams). It was this learning process that made us rethink our mandate. We no longer wanted to be just another Apple product repair company fixing devices and not providing follow up service. We wanted to be the best place to take your tech if you had problems with it. So we delved further, rummage through all the good, bad, expensive, and cheap suppliers. We ended up with products and services we now feel comfortable offering a 365 day warranty on the parts and labor provided. Its certainly something not every shop out there does, most only offer a 7 day warranty, but we feel this is as necessary as fixing the phone itself. Post consumer support is crucial to establishing a reputation we can boast about.

We chose Waterfront station as our location for our shop so we could maximize the convenience to as many locals as possible.
