About Pivot Design Group

Established January 1999

Pivot is a user-centred design consultancy. Since we were founded more than 20 years ago, Pivot has been focused on strategic, physical, digital and service design solutions to deliver results that work for our clients. That's Informed Design. Pivot's collaborative, people-centric approach works. We have been perfecting and refining our signature research method to communication design and user experience since owner and creative director Ian Chalmers founded Pivot more than 20 years ago.
