About Posener's Pankration/MMA and Muay Thai
Established January 1997
As a martial arts school in Vancouver, we honour the traditional art of combat. To further your mental and physical fitness, our classes offer a complete system of self-defense through a range of disciplines. From striking in Muay Thai Kickboxing and grappling in Submission Wrestling, to weapon defense training and more, you can learn how to best protect yourself while getting fitter in the process.
