Protouch Physiotherapy & Rehab is a family-owned clinic in Newmarket, Ontario, serving the community since 2011. Led by husband-and-wife physiotherapists Nima and Anna, our team provides physiotherapy, massage therapy, chiropractic care, osteopathy, acupuncture, vestibular rehabilitation, and braces and orthotics. We help patients manage pain, recover from injuries and surgery, and return to daily activities, including rehabilitation after motor vehicle accidents and workplace injuries. Our family values shape how we care for every patient. We take time to listen, explain our findings, and develop personalized treatment plans around each person’s needs and goals. We want patients to feel genuinely cared for throughout their recovery. Their comfort, trust, satisfaction, and progress guide our decisions every day. Our physiotherapy sessions can include several clinically appropriate treatment techniques without a separate additional charge for each technique. We believe treatment choices should reflect what will help the patient, with transparent communication about fees. We use numerical measurements to track recovery alongside patients’ own experiences. Depending on their condition, these include pain ratings, range of motion, strength, balance, and functional performance. Comparing results over time helps patients understand their progress and helps us adjust care when needed. Our focus is on meaningful improvements, such as walking comfortably, sleeping better, returning to work, and moving with confidence.
