Dr.
Luthra graduated in Veterinary Medicine in 1989 and post-graduated in 1999. He
has worked in several practices over the past 23 years. He is a member of the
Canadian Veterinary Medical Association and the College of Veterinarians of
Ontario. Our goals are to provide pet medical services in an affordable manner,
to address the pet’s health needs and the owner’s concerns, and to promote the
bond between humans and their pets. One question always asked is why are there
no fees listed on the site and we do wish to address this. The College of
Veterinarians of Ontario (CVO) have strict regulations and does not allow any
advertising of fees outside of office premises.
