Spruce View Family Farms is a multi family owned CSA Beef Cooperative offering hormone and antibiotic free beef, raised and finished in a non-confined environment. Although our herds are not certified organic we raise them on plentiful pastures that are untouched with pesticides and herbicides. They are fed grains in the finishing stages that we grow ourselves. Absolutely No GMO feed is used, therefore guaranteeing that no animal by products are used. We keep detailed records of each animal offering complete traceability. This we believe, offers to you the consumer the “traditional tasting beef” that we’ve all grown accustomed to. Spruce View family Farms is marketing our beef using the CSA (Community Shared Agriculture) method. The animals will be fed a combination of grass and grains and once they’ve grown to a desired weight, they’ll be processed locally. Consumers will buy packages which will be delivered to them monthly. They can pre-buy three, six or 12 months in advance. By doing this, you’re investing in the CSA Co-op. Each order will contain one-third prime cuts, one-third roasts and one-third trims like, hamburger. The meat will be ONE HUNDRED PERCENT antibiotic-free and hormone-free following our “Never-Ever “policy.
