Thermal is field service management software for commercial and mechanical service contractors, built for HVAC and mechanical shops with roughly 10 to 200 technicians, often across several branches. Every job in Thermal is anchored to the installed equipment it serves, so service history, agreements and asset condition live on the equipment record instead of a calendar slot. Office teams run dispatch, multi-visit work orders, service agreements with preventive maintenance scheduling, quoting and proposals, invoicing and job-cost capture from one system. Technicians use a mobile app that keeps working offline in mechanical rooms. Customers get a self-serve portal, and subcontractors get a vendor portal for purchase orders and compliance. Thermal is designed to work with QuickBooks Online, Sage Intacct and Microsoft Dynamics Business Central.
