Time to Grow Psychotherapy in Courtice, ON, offers compassionate counselling for individuals, youth, and families. Founded by Hailey Rutherford, Registered Psychotherapist (RP), our practice provides a safe, reflective space rooted in psychodynamic, person-centered, and emotion-focused therapy. Hailey helps clients explore how past experiences influence present emotions, fostering growth through empathy and collaboration. We also welcome Jean Skelton, Registered Social Worker, who supports youth and families with a warm, strength-based approach, drawing on Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy (DDP) and Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT) to build resilience and nurture secure relationships.
