Titin Athletics is a personal training company with the sole focus of facilitating all around personal and physical growth.
Before we talk about who we are, we thought we should just clear up something we are sure most people are thinking. No, we did not spell our name wrong. Titin, spelled with an "i" is the largest known protein in the human body and acts as a molecular spring for the passive elasticity of muscle. We think that is pretty cool! So we named our company after it! With that cleared up, lets get back to what we are all about.
