At Wise Mind Centre, we provide evidence-based psychological assessment, counselling, and therapy for children, teens, adults, couples, and families across British Columbia. Our team of licensed psychologists and registered clinical counsellors delivers science-backed, compassionate care tailored to your unique needs.

We specialise in Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), exposure therapy, and mindfulness-based treatment. Our services include individual therapy for adults and children, couples and family therapy, DBT skills groups, ADHD and psychological assessments, and on-call client and family consultation.
