Yogarise is a boutique yoga studio nestled in the heart of Parkland County serving the communities of Spruce Grove, Stony Plain, Spring Lake and surrounding areas. Yoga is more than a physical practice, it is a journey that will take you to the center of your truth and to your optimal wellness in body, mind and soul. Our collective of heart-centered teachers offer yoga and meditation classes, self-inquiry seminars, workshops and pro tips for the beginner to seasoned practitioner. All are welcome! Our approach fosters awareness and wellness hand in hand from the inside-out. We are truly excited and honoured to have the opportunity to share classes and practices with you to enhance, encourage and supplement you on your own path of healthy movement, authenticity, and optimal wellness in body, mind and soul.
