This is a 8-12 week program (2-3 months) which will build you from the ground up, arming you with all of the basics required for a future in BJJ or MMA ... Once you have successfully completed our entry program ensuring a fantastic foundation you will be presented with upgrade options which will gear you towards your specific goal ... Testing for early upgrade is available with special permission
