<p>Shawn was flexible and willing to work with me to try to find a resolution for my hard drive issue. He was knowledgeable and explained the steps he was taking to try helping me recover my data. He was very easy to work with, and was able to explain things in terms that anyone could understand. He provided a quote that was much better than some other local places I checked out as well.<br><br>I recommend giving him a call. He was customer service focused. Although there were other appointments, he always was able to make time for a response and to make things work for both sides. He followed through when he said he would! :)</p>
Friendly Help

I dreaded buying a badly needed new laptop and getting it set up including transferring files, downloading software etc. Shawn made me feel at ease, he was very knowledgeable and just made the whole process so easy. He explained what he would do and he delivered on that. He also went the extra mile in sorting out the Securuty software transfer for me. He did it all! A no stress process. I highly recommend.</p>
