About The Berlin

Established January 2015

We are the only live-fire restaurant spearheaded by one of Canada's most important culinary minds. We want to challenge the fine dining experience, and offer world-class food in a more casual and inviting atmosphere. Our constantly evolving menu is based on availability of the best fresh and local ingredients from small, innovative farms and top-quality food producers surrounding our hometown, Kitchener, Ontario.
